FIRST PAYMENT – BOOKING DEPOSIT

  • A $100 AUD holding deposit per person to be paid with submission of this form to secure your room  Rooms will be allocated in order of holding deposits received.
  • This deposit is non-refundable (see refund policy below)

HOW TO PAY

  • Please submit payment via bank transfer. (See BSB and Account details below).
  • Please include your surname and “Fiji [Month] [Year] “ eg Fiji Smith May 2026 as reference for the payment, and then advise us via email.
  • Once your $100 AUD per person holding deposit has been made, we will allocate you a room.

SECOND PAYMENT – 50% DEPOSIT

  • You are required to pay a 50% deposit of the total cost (in Australian Dollars) (less the $100 holding deposit).   Details:

FINAL PAYMENT – BALANCE

  • The remainder of the total cost is to be paid to complete your booking.  

REFUND POLICY

  • The $100 holding deposit/s per person is non-refundable
  • Any cancellation after 90 days prior to arrival incurs a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Any cancellation within 30 days of arrival incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
